To work around this issue, add *.microsoftonline.com to the Internet Explorer proxy exception settings. To do this, follow these steps:
- Close all browser windows that may be open.
- Click Start, and then click Run.
- Type the following command in the Open box, and then press ENTER:inetcpl.cpl
- Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings in the Local Area Network (LAN) settings area.
- Click to select the Bypass proxy server for local addresses check box in the Proxy server area, and then click Advanced.
- Type *.microsoftonline.com in the Do not use proxy server for addresses beginning with box in the Exceptions area, and then click OK three times.
