solution:
dnscmd <servername> /recordadd <zonename><nodename> IP <type> <host name>
example:
IP: x.y.z.w
dnscmd servername /recordadd x.in-addr.arpa w.z.y ptr computername.domain.com.
Here is a sample command for adding a PTR for a computer named
server.domain.com with IP 192.168.201.159
dnscmd DC01 /recordadd 201.168.192.in-addr.arpa. 159 PTR server.domain.com
refrence:
Add a PTR resource record to a reverse zone
