مشکل با سرورsolarwinds

با سلام

من آی پی سروری که Solarwinds NPM رو نصب کرده بودم را عوض کردم و از 192.168.1.14 به 192.168.1.16 تغییر دادم ولی دیگه از اون موقع به بعد، می تونم صفحه لاگین برای محیط وب رو باز کنم ولی پس از زدن user و pass پیغام خطای زیر روی می ده:

شما برای رفع این مشکل چه پیشنهادی دارید؟ (امکان تغییر آی پی به حالت قبل را ندارم)

یک بار دیگر از ویزارد نصب و تنظیم نرم افزار جلو بروید و مشکل که احتمالا در دسترسی به دیتابیس است را تصحیح نمایید
