This toolkit contains the ability to perform bulk operations on site collections, an Stsadm operation to update alert e-mails after the URL for a Web application has been changed, and a User Profile Replication Engine tool.



Here are some key features of "Microsoft SharePoint Administration Toolkit":

· One new tool added: User Profile Replication Engine (Office SharePoint Server 2007 only).
· The MSI is customizable and selectable, meaning that a user can control which tools are installed or uninstalled and when the User Profile Replication Engine tool is installed, a custom installation folder can be selected. The MSI also supports the /quiet switch for quiet installation.
· For x86 and x64 platforms, installation is automatic.
