دیر باز شدن اسناد آفیس در Sharepoint 2013 ؟

دوستان و اساتید گرامی.

ما تو شرکت یک Sharepoint 2013 داریم که کارکنان فایل های اداری خود شامل : ورد - اکسل و ... از طریق Sharepoint 2013 باز و بارگزاری می کنند و به اون دسترسی دارند.

مشکلی جدیدا برامون پیش اومده این هستش که فایل های ورد و اکسل با یکبار کلیک کردن باز نمی شه باید چندبار مروگر مثل : IE- Chrome - Mozilla مرتب سازی یا Refresh کنیم تا سند با تاخیر باز بشه.

ما شبکه امون تحت Domain هستش و سرور سیستم هم ویندوز سرور 2012 R2 می باشد . همه بروزرسانی ها و ... مربوط به Sharepoint انجام شده.

ولی بازم مشکل همچنان باقی ست.

نمی دونم دیگه واقعا باید چی کار کنم.

یافتم دوستان یافتم.

با برداشتن تیک گزینه Automaticaly Detect Setting . مشکل سرعت بارگزاری و باز کردن فایل های اسناد در شیرپوینت در سیستم کارکنان حل شد.

نمی دونستم این گزینه انقدر قدرت داره.

**** چقدر از کارکنان شرکت حرف شنیدم و تیکه بهم انداختن و حرصم دادم و ...

By default, its configure to about to collect information every minute and its overkill for most system (even for a 24gb machine). While its possible to disable it but i suggest to configure it correctly to run every hour or every day.[*]Timer Service. If you are updating then, disabling it could speed up the process.[*]Disable the service that you don't want to use.[*]A proper configuration of SharePoint involves a farm of several machines. Specially the database should be installed in a different machine. However, a dev/testing machine usually includes domain + sql server + sharepoint in the same box.[*]Disable Health and Usage Service.[*]Update SharePoint 2013.
