جلوگیری از ساختن Broadband Connection توسط USer

ت وشبکه دامین به چه پالسی ای میتوان مانع ایجاد pppoe connection توسط user ها شد؟
سرچ که کردم این موارد رو پیدا کردم که فکر نمیکنم اینها هیچکدوم مربوط به pppoe بشه>
