ارور application popup event id 333

دوستان عزیز سلام
من یه سرور ویندوز 2003 sp2 دارم که 64 گیگ حافظه داره و یه درایو داره که 900 گیگ حجمشه مشکل من اینه که هر چند وقت به صورت پشت سره هم ارتباط ریموت سرور قطع میشه و کلا تمام پورتها روش بسته میشه و توی event پیغام application popup event id 333 میده من یه سرچ زدم دیدم واسه این ارور یه hotfix هست اما هیچ جا مشکل قطع شدن پورتها رو ندیدم
اگه لطف کنین و سریع بهم کمک کنین ممنون میشم
