Master Shaper Problem

[SIZE=2]I have a problem with Mastershaper. I have installed it properly and
followed the steps to configure it. But when I want to begin monitoring
the traffic, I get an error "tc_collector.pl inactive" when I run
tc_collector.pl -v3" I get the following /."[/SIZE]
