پیش فرض عدم اتصال اکسس سرور به اکانتینگ ibsng

سلام من اکسس سرور را تنظیم کردم ولی به اکانتینگ IBSNG وصل نمی شود ولی هر کاربری با هر یوزی وصل می شود؟چرا؟
