Running AS5300, then its better you run the latest Mica modems Firmware and Cisco IOS
to get the latest available
IOS HERE (c5300-is-mz.123-15.bin)
to get the latest available
mica modem firmware HERE (mica-modem 2.9.5.0)
To make the router uses the firmware, you need to copy the firmware to your router flash
and use this command:
Router(config)#spe 1/0 2/9
Router(config)# firmware location flash:mica-modem-pw.2.9.5.0.bin
Remember, you don't need to erase your flash when copying the new firmaware, you only
need to erase your flash when you change your IOS so that there is enough space!
