مشکل با nttac و router

باسلام خدمت دوستان عزیز

یه router 5350xm داریم با یک خط e1 و از nttac به عنوان accounting استفاده می کنیم ولی یه مشکل کوچیک داریم و اونهم اینکه بعد از 1 مدت user های authenticate ، e1 نمیشن و بعداز یک بار reload کردن router همه چیز درست میشه به نظر شما مشکل از چی میتونه باشه ؟

اینهم تنظیمات مربوط به accounting :

aaa accounting network default start-stop group tacacs+
aaa accounting system default start-stop group tacacs+

tacacs-server host 172.30.30.1
tacacs-server timeout 50
no tacacs-server directed-request
