در NTTacPlus در مشخصات هر کاربر مشخصه ای به نام NAS وجود دارد، متن زیر از راهنمای NTTacPlus است:
This parameter can deny accesses by checking the NAS on which the user is connecting. You can enter a list of valid NASes or IP address intervals. For example:
NAS=192.168.0.3,192.168.1.15-192.168.1.22
accepts requests from NASes whose address is 192.168.0.3 or between 192.168.1.15 and 192.168.1.22.
If this parameter is omitted, no control is performed on the NAS address.
NAS : آدرس NAS يا NAS هاي مجاز را تعريف ميكند و با اين وسيله مي توان ليستي از NAS ها تعريف نمود كه كاربرها مجاز به برقراري ارتباط با آنها باشند . مثلاً NAS = 192.168.0.3 , 192.168.1.15 , 192.168.1.22مبين اين است كه NAS هاي مجاز 192.168.0.3 و آدرس هاي بين 192.168.1.22 آدرس هاي مجاز هستند .
همچنین می توانید از مشخصه Port برای این محدودیت استفاده کنید:
This parameter can deny accesses according to the port of the NAS on which the account is trying the login. For example, with:
Port=tty*, async*
The account is granted the connection only on tty lines or asynchronous interfaces (denying in this way the ISDN access on the serial ports)

PORT : پورت هاي مجاز براي ارتباط كاربر با NAS را تعريف ميكند . مثلاً Port = tty* , async بيان مي كند كه پورت هاي مجاز كاربر كه قادر است با آنها با NAS تماس برقرار نمايد async , tty هستند . علامت ستاره مبين اين واقعيت است كه تمام پورتهاي tty و تمام پورت هاي async مجاز هستند .
در صورتيكه مقدار اين پارامتر تهي باشد بدين معني است كه تمام پورتها براي ارتباط پورت مجاز هستند .
