SmoothWall Express allows non-technical users to easily build a firewall to securely connect a network of
computers to the Internet. Almost any Pentium class PC can be used, even an old low specification PC long
redundant as a desktop or server. SmoothWall Express creates a dedicated hardware firewall, offering the
facilities and real security associated with hardware devices.
SmoothWall Express supports a wide range of Internet connections, including analogue modems, cable
modems, ISDN, ADSL and direct Ethernet. By providing an easy to use installation routine, along with a
web browser interface for administrative purposes, installation and configuration are both simple and quick.
With features like the embedded SSH client for secure remote administration, the DHCP server, Intrusion
Detection and graphical presentation of Internet traffic, SmoothWall Express delivers functionality as well
as security.

كلا 45 مگابايت + هسته لينوكس !! + راهنما . به صورت يك فايل Image دانلود ميشه و بعد از رايت كردن روي CD شما ميتونيد با CD بوت كرده و نصب كنيد. يك كامپيوتر مجزا براي خودش ميخواد. بعد از پارتيشن بندي اتوماتيك ، لينوكس نصب ميشه و بعد خودش هم نصب ميشه! از طريق Web هم قابل دسترسي و تنظيم هست. (كاش Squid هم اينجوري نصب ميشدا !! )
