مشکل در remote زدن به سرور با استفاده از خط تلفن

سلام. یه شبکه داریم. من روی سرور incoming Connection درست کردم و به یک یوزر هم اجازه ریموت دادم. قابلیت remote desktop هم روی سرور فعاله. حالا وقتی از خونه میخوام با استفاده از خط تلفن remote بزنم به سرور، اتصال برقرار میشه اما این error رو به من میده: this user have not permision to dial in. یعنی این یوزر اجازه remote زدن نداره. در حالی که من دقیقا همون یوزر رو توی incoming connection ایجاد کردم. در ضمن سرور ما توی شرکت، یه ویندوز سرور 2003 هستش که مودم adsl هم به همون سرور وصله. یه مودم معمولی هم روش نصبه که واسه incoming ازش استفاده کردم.
تو رو خدا اگه کسی میتونه راهنماییم کنه. خیلی مهمه.

این کارو چک کن :
1- در اکتیودایرکتوری روی user مورد نظرت کلیک کن و Properties اونو بگیر . برو تب dial-in و Allow accsess رو تیک بزن یا گه می خوای با امنیت بیشتر وارد بشی گزینه Control access through RAP رو بزن ولی بدش باید در RRAS ، سیاست های RAP رو با توجه با نیازت تنظیم کنی .
