راهنمایی برای تنظیمات Adobe Connect

سلام خدمت اساتید
من 9.8 Adobe Connect را بر روی Windows Server 2016 نصب کردم
یه مشکل دارم بخش تعریف Meeting به این صورت که:
وقتی Meeting تعریف میکنم، از من زمان شروع می پرسه و مدت زمان جلسه
این زمان درست کار نمیکنه
یعنی نه کلاس سر تایم خودش تموم میشه و نه شروع و کلاً همه در هر حالتی وارد کلاس میشن!
مشکل کجاست؟

آیا مشکل از ورژن 9.8 هست ؟
استیبل ترین ورژن کدومه؟

کلاً این Adobe Connect فرآیند نصبش در عین سادگی پر از گیره؛ چند وقت پیش روی سرور 2012 نصب کردم
اما از سرور Portal که لینک کرده بودم تا Userها بتونن بهش Connect بشن، نمی‌شد! کلاً پاک کردم روی 2016
آوردم بالا مشکل رفع شد! هنوز نفهمیدم مشکل Compatibility با OS بوده یا Miss-Config! :blink:

قبل از اینکه ورژن رو عوض کنید و مجدد فرآیند نصب رو انجام بدید؛ موارد زیر رو Double Check کنید:

ولی همه این کارها را قبلاً انجام دادم ولی نتیجه ای نگرفتم
مجدداً هم نصب کردم ولی متاسفانه همون مشکل پابرجاست
کسی راه حل دیگه ای به ذهنش نمیرسه؟

در صورتی که موفق به اجرا با تغییر ورژن، نصب مجدد و سایر راهکارها شدین؛ در جریان باشید Cisco یک آسیب‌پذیری روی Webex Meetings منتشر کرده که Attacker می‌تونه بعنوان کاربر در سطح سیستم احرازهویت بشه و دستورات دلخواه رو اجرا کنه.
Vulnerability مذکور بخاطر اعتبارسنجی ناکافی پارامترهای ارائه شده از طرف Userها ایجاد میشه.
شماره شناسه آسیب‌پذیری CVE-2018-15442 است؛ جهت رفع آسیب‌پذیری باید به آخرین نسخه Update صورت پذیرد.
