با سلام
سرویس front end مربوط به office communication server شبکه شرکت ما stop شده و start نمی شه
خطایی که در log موجود هست به صورت زیر هست

Failed starting a worker process.
Process: 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007\Server\Core\RtcHost.exe' Exit Code: C3E8302D (The worker process failed to initialize itself in the maximum allowable time.).
Cause: This could happen due to low resource conditions or insufficient privileges.
Resolution:
Try restarting the server. If the problem persists contact Product Support Services

بعدش هم سه تا خطای دیگه می ده
1-

Initialize failure. Failed to initialize the Service component.
Error code: C3E8302D

Unable to initialize the registration component. The service has to stop.
Error code:C3E8302D (The worker process failed to initialize itself in the maximum allowable time.).

و در نهایت اجرا نمی شه
