If you have done the setup of exchange 2007 with ISA as reverse proxy, then you might have been asked to do something about the OWA URL because your users are too lazy to type out the full URL.
The typical setup will be similar to the diagram below. The ISA servers are facing the public internet to receive request and perform authentication with your directory servers.

I will assume that the existing setup have got the working rules for Outlook Web Access, Outlook Anywhere and Autodiscover working.
The steps shown below is how to create an additional rule to perform URL redirection on the OWA only. It works like this, when user type the owa link on the browser, www.abc.com or mail.abc.com the rules will redirection the request to www.abc.com/owa or mail.abc.com/owa .
Let's get started !!!
Go to the management console of your ISA server, create a new rule to publish web site.

Give it a name and click on "Next"

Select "Deny" and click on "Next"

Select either the 1st option or 2nd option depends on your infrastructure setup.

Select the 1st option and click "Next"

Key in the site name on the "Internal site name" field and you can check on the option below to give an IP Address

Specify Path is optional. I suggest put "/" instead of "/*" to prevent infinite loop.

Be sure of the public name that you wish to redirect and use "/" for "Path" field if you wish to specify

Use the listener that is used for OWA, remove "All Authenticated users" and add "All users" instead. Ignore the warning message.

Click "Finish" to complete the rule creation.

Double click on the new rule and click on "Action" tab. Make sure "Deny" is selected and check on "Redirect HTTP requests to this Web page" and fill up the full OWA URL.

Go to "Paths" tab and ensure the "Internal Path" is "/"
Finally apply the rule and now your OWA has the redirection features
