1. MTAddin is build using .NET3.5 framework and target to run on Outlook 2007. However it can run on Outlook 2010 and it's been tested working.
2. Installation

1. Unzip the binary file
2. Inside the directory, locate the "MTAddin_TemporaryKey.pfx" certificate and install it into the "Trusted Publisher" container. No password is required.
3. Run the Add-in installation by double click on the "setup.exe" file. It will try to detect the pre-requisited files. It will download and install for you if they are installed.
4. Restart your client if Outlook is opened during the installation.

3. Uninstallation

1. Go to "Control Panel"
2. Locate and double click on "Add or Remove Programmes" in Windows XP or "Programme and Features" in Windows Vista
3. Locate "MTAddin" and click on uninstall.

2. SMS
Pre-requisition
1. You should have a SMTP based SMS gateway installed and can be resolved to a valid host name by your mail server
2. Your client should connected to Microsoft Exchange in order for the add-in to retrieve your credential and generate a message append in front of you text. Otherwise, you should modify the code for it to work with non-Exchange profile.

How-to

1. Click on "SMS & FAX" in the outlook 2007 which can be located in the menu bar
2. Select "Send SMS"
3. In the New window key in 8 digits mobile number(validation will take place once you click on send)
4. Type the text message you wish to send(MAX is 100 characters)
5. click on "Send" to send the message, either wise, click on "Cancel" to exit

3. FAX
Pre-requisition

1. You should have a SMTP based FAX gateway installed and can be resolved to a valid host name by your mail server.
2. Your FAX gateway should be able to handle custom fax form and attachment, else you need to modify the code to remove the custom field.

How-to

1. Click on "SMS & FAX" in the outlook 2007 which can be located in the menu bar
2. Select "Send FAX"
3. In the New window key in 8 digits fax number or more (validation will take place once you click on send), this add-in prefixed 018 for overseas fax if more 8 digits are keyed. you should modify it according to you specification
4. Type in who you wish to send to(just a name)
5. Select a form
6. click on "Send" to send the message, either wise, click on "Cancel" to exit
7. A new email message window will pop-up.
8. fill in the subject and email content and attach files if need to.
9. Click on send to fax
